HARCOURTS PRETOR

Our directors are Irène Prinsloo, Managing Director and Principal of Pretor Residential Sales, trading as Harcourts Pretor, Neil Cowie (financial) and MD of Pretor Estates, Giles von Broembsen and Jurgen van Heerden (Development Division). Irène joined Pretor Residential Sales in 1994, is originally from a PR and Marketing background and is totally committed to service excellence.

Pretor Estates is well known in Pretoria and surrounds and the services they offer encompass all aspects of property management and development they include Body Corporate Management, Residential and Commercial Letting, a Property Development Division and Commercial and Residential Sales.

SALES ACHIEVEMENTS

Harcourts Pretor enjoys an approximate 6% sales market share and the combined sales turnover for their residential Sales Division is ± R30 million monthly. The majority of listings over the past 12 months have sold within 10% - 15% of the original purchase price. 90% of Harcourts Pretor’s mandates are sold within the initial marketing period.
